Delivery Options and Returns

All of our log store prices include weekday delivery.
All our products are delivered flat packed through our courier using their Express Service or for some postcodes we use their economy service.
Please note that our Bradgate, Sussex and Matlock Log Stores are all delivered flat packed on a pallet.
When you purchase a log store from us our courier will contact you via e-mail the day before the delivery is due.
Choose your delivery day – Once we have received your order you may choose a delivery day during the week provided this is after the estimated delivery date, just send us an email with your preferred day.
Log Store Delivery is Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
Cut off time for next day delivery log stores is 11.00am.
Bradgate, Sussex and Matlock log stores are delivered flat packed on a pallet.
Saturday delivery is available for an extra £20.00 per log store.
FIREWOOD DELIVERY
Firewood delivery is 3-4 working days from ordering.
Firewood deliveries are contracted to kerbside only. Delivery onto the property is at the discretion of the haulier.
Standard deliveries are done on an 18 tonne vehicle measuring 2.8m wide x 4m high x 11m long (including the tail lift) The delivery onto the property will be done on a pallet pump truck if possible and at the discretion of the haulier.
Free Delivery is to UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, some Northern Scotland postcodes and all off shore islands.

We can deliver to Northern Scotland and Scottish highlands but there is an extra charge please see below for current prices and relevant postcodes, delivery service is 3-5 working days.

Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on great customer satisfaction, if you have any problems or queries about your purchase please don’t hesitate to contact us 0116 2789200
Damage, If upon delivery your log store appears to have been damaged during transit please contact us within 24 hrs and send a photo if possible and well send out replacement parts on an express courier service.
Refunds, If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days and return the log store to us or we can arrange to have your log store collected and returned on your behalf.
When we have received your returned log store providing it has been returned in a resaleable condition we will refund you in full less any return shipping cost, refunds can take up to 5 days to process.
